Ramona uses Subspace to get from Point A to Point B to make her Amazon deliveries (as an employee for them, obviously that would not be up to code since it would damage the precious cargo). It's only called "Subspace" since it is one of many homages to classic videogames that O'Malley wrote into the original comic.

It's got a really freaking good mechanic going on, and it works so well
Basically, your titular melee-combat action-platformer, right? But, your attack has height: You can attack high, middle, or low!
With a direction + the attack button, you use them, and that works perfectly, you do it without even thinking about it
It's soooo satisfying to clear a corridor of enemies, coming from all height, without having to jump or even stopping to move!
And, it's even got something else in it: Your attack lasts for about half a second if you hold down the button, and it stops you for a bit before letting you keep moving
*but!*
if you let go of the button, the attack stops, and it doesn't make you stop moving!
So it rewards you for making an attack that lasts shorter by not stopping your movement, and therefore, making you less vulnerable!!!
Duuuude, this game is genius!!
It even has leveling-up elements! You hit the scenario to find items, some are powerups, but most are to increase the power of your high, middle and low attack respectively, and it's freakin' COOL
THIS GAME IS ACTUALLY SO GOOD
