Dont hold your heart for it. Game's flash based, so every sprite would need to be a .SVG in order to preserve it. And I don't think the site supports .SVG files. |

Added Rick/Coo/Kine, Marx and Gooey's icons. @Geoshi: No, there aren't any unused icons, but the names of 'em were discovered at least. |

No, just use the frame tool in MS Paint to separate them, then copy/paste and place to build them into a shape. It'll take a long time, though. |

@Toshio I don't like Linkle either, but Zelda has never been a feminine version of Link. Zelda and Link are totally different characters. Linkle technically is her own character too, besides her name and design coming from Link's. |

May 1, 2018, 11:02 AM | ZetTheLegendaryHero | Game: Dragon Ball Z: Supersonic Warriors |
Dragon Ball Z: Supersonic Warriors is an amazing fighting game for the Game Boy Advance. The sprites look good and animated great, the backgrounds are good too, the fighting actually requires you to push more than two buttons to win, there isn't a glitch that let's the opponent beat you in less than a second when you're at full health, it actually has a story for each character (instead of text over a generic image), there is up to 3 on 3 fights, the moves actually make sense and don't have problems with the actual show/manga, etc. So, pretty much it got everything right that Dragon Ball Z: Taiketsu got wrong. |

Personally, I use MSPaint for most of my 2D graphics editing, period. There are very few exceptions, and they are always for something transparent. MSPaint's main advantage is that it is perfect for working on a micro scale; it is very, very precise, and it doesn't use blurring or transparency for most of the basic shapes, (although it does for the brushes,) and thus you can simply make sprites with well-defined edges, something very important when you very rarely work with transparency. |

The error said "colors are incorrect", will definitely be updating that once the proper colors are implemented (although I very much doubt that will ever happen) |

In color palettes, Wilhelmina is named as "Carmel Wilhelmina", so you didn't see her, but it's there, so it's not missing. And I can't figure out how to get character select sprites at the moment, because they are in a different way than the battle sprites. |

You can literally win every fight in this game by holding down the throw button and walking towards your opponent. Basically, throw your opponent at the wall, walk forward, and repeat. All you have to do is hold down two buttons, and you win. I really wish I knew that when I got this game for Christmas as a kid, because (1) I'd probably ask to return it and (2) if that didn't work I wouldn't have to try to master the special moves (because why use complex special moves and combos, when you literally only have to hold down two buttons to beat any enemy). Edit: The only real problem is that the game has a glitch where the opponent can kill you very quickly, and there is nothing you can do about it. |
Apr 30, 2018, 6:59 PM | Doc von Schmeltwick | Sheet: Roger the Potted Ghost |
Depends what you want to use them for. If you're just trying to make a sprite comic, (very painstaking) click-and-drag would do, but if you're trying to use them in a game, that would take a lot of higher-level programming than what I could say for sure. |

@Yawackhary, are the tiles exactly the same? I mean no minor differences, corrupted graphics, or any hint that they might have been earlier versions of the final graphics? Also, @shadowman44 the game clearly uses pre-rendered CG graphics. I haven't played it or seen it outside of here, but it pretty much checks all the boxes for a pre-rendered CG game in terms of looks. |
