@Bromaster If that's the case... then that means the person who was making them that got banned twice accually went to commit die. (I don't want to say the real thing but I prefer saying commit die instead.) It's sad that that person just gave up on making these and his life. Now I'm not sure how many users got banned and commited die. But I've got a feeling that this may come towards to our doom. We all need to be careful about everything on the internet because I've heard that there was some guy named "LarryKoopaIsAwesome" or something threw a tantrum because his/her sheet didn't approve. And the admins banned him till he/she is 18. Period. I'm not sure what's worst that could happen to all of us if we aren't careful enough. Even though the guy who was accually banned twice and commited die told us about the hackers. Which I wasn't sure if the hackers are the one messing with everyone on the internet and yeah it's pretty bad on my standards. I don't know how we all feel about being like victims... I mean it's really depressing. I'm sorry that I had to say this because I've looked at some banned users and it's really terrible to look at. Like who is willing to give up life after being banned. I've never had that experience before. I don't wanna be banned at ALL! I'm sorry to say this but I think this site should have been a lot better without giving up our lives. I've seen a lot of this on news. I hope nothing bad happens to this site. :(

The palette and internal graphics are provided, the screen resolution is 96x96, the maximum graphics storage space for internal graphics is 64x96 (originally 64x64 but expanded so Bubble Bobble would work).
The graphics are all 1BPP, and there are two graphics layers.
One is a background layer where graphics are fixed to an 8x8 grid (aside from scrolling?), and one is a sprite layer where graphics can move freely, though they can't overlap (the boxes end up cutting into each other).

@Yoni Arousement The issue is, with how bad MVCI turned out. I doubt Capcom would want to work with Marvel ever again. (It was all Marvel's fault for one thing)
