It's based on the episode Good Times with Weapons where the boys buy Japanese weapons and imagine themselves as anime ninja warriors. (Who are literally just silly edits of Street Fighter characters. Kenny is the odd one out though)

Anyone noticed how PixelMarioXP's SMB1 style of Sonic was released here twice, once for the SMB1 style alone and again for this sheet? It may seem weird but technically the SMB1 style for SMM2 basically used the SMB1 sprites under a slightly different palette so no big deal. Anyway, nice sheet!
