I do honestly think the "Gen 1 Sprites Are Ugly" mentality kicks in a bit too hard when the simple modifications made for the Alolan Forms, look nicer than the new mons. Which feel like they're made to look crude for the sake of it. |

Kinda strange how still no one made sprite sheets of all character animations considering how trivial it is now that we have a source code and can extract all sprites from it without having to manually rip them from the game. I literally never before had to do anything with sprite sheets, although Sprite Sheeter is pretty easy to use, ngl. I'm going to make all character sprite sheets, although if someone wants to beat me to it then be my guest. |

I wouldn't say 100%; there is obviously a shared origin for the main characters, even if they ended up differently. I still prefer to imagine that they are the same characters and just have a complex relationship and aliases. |

Ok look, RC Car is underrated as heck, but the stages in the game that utilize him are overwhelmingly difficult. Having to grab all of those power cells in a short 3-second amount of time was very stressful for me during my playthrough of the game, not to mention his traction is very low, so I would often find myself spinning in circles while trying to collect a power cell as the battery level quickly drained out before I could even get them. They're a neat concept nonetheless, though very hard to get a hold of. |
