Okay, I totally forgot. But NOW I'll start uploading. Well, after I rip them. Which I can do, it's easy. It's just a case of the files being saved in a really stupid way that makes it super time consuming to rip them. Which is probably why I didn't do this in the first place come to think of it. |

@train - to not want to get involved is to be complacent, and frankly, too many people have been complacent about it for far too long. So it comes down to a choice - show your support, or don't, however it ends up with the individual in particular being labelled/perceived. In honesty, I don't see how it should be surprising - as I mentioned yesterday, this is something that should permeate every way of life. The more people who speak up, the more it can be seen that people care for the ongoing issue. So the staff decided to throw their lot in and support the movement. That's their decision, and it's set in stone now. We can't change the past, so it's basically like crying over spilled milk. No matter how many tears are shed over the white liquid pooling on the floor, it's not going to get it back into the glass now, is it? The best thing to do, for everyone, is just to keep moving forward, because that's all of what we can do. The issue at present isn't going to resolved quickly or easily, but vocally supporting and aiding the cause will hopefully change a thoroughly flawed system, which is needed after, amongst many other moments, the senseless tragedy in Minneapolis. Akin to what I said yesterday, if it rubs people the wrong way, then that's on them. Humans are a complex beast and there's never going to be 100% agreements to everything, because human psychology is screwed. Sure, people can have their hesitations and apprehension about it being posted, but arguing that it should be hidden away on a message board instead of out in the open isn't going to change that it's out in the open now. The staff did the right thing by showing where they stand and being vocal about it. Because being complacent/silent only enables the issue to continue. |

It's as if they went out of there way to make her eyes souless black holes where her eyes should be. Thank god the N64 often times had blurry images for super small close up things like this. |

This should've been an off-topic thing posted on a forum thread. Even though I been on the site since 2016, and to be honest? On one hand, I'm surprised that this site support human rights and advocate against corrupt officials and law enforcements who would use underhanded tactics to justify police brutality, on the other hand; again this is better off being on the off-topic forum since well? It is a video game site after all, being posted on a page for everyone to see not only rubs most site users and visitors the wrong way, not much wants to get involved. Just making an honest opinion. |

I feel like this sheet belongs in the playable section because these are the most of the frames when you play as her during some of the intermissions in that game, especially both this and the NPC sheet have the same name for their thumbnails and it would make it not be misleading. 1998guys, likely a blinking frame. |

You all gotta stop being angry at them for "Not posting sprites" or "using political opinions" Look to the future. next week will probably have more sprites than ever and this is a real issue going on distractions are temporary, reality is perpetual. I know somebody is gonna be like "If distractions are temporary I'm gonna enjoy as much as I can" But no. this is a real issue. racism has been a thing ever since the skin was created anybody here knows danTDM? the child YouTuber? he made a black lives matter video. racism is an issue and it must stop. anybody who thinks racism is not an issue is racist. Plain and simple. What's my point? Stop being mad at them for not posting sprites to comment on a serious issue. Cause next week your scroll bar will most likely be as thin as an underscore |

In terms of unlockable characters nintendo totally won here, We did get Rouge, Espio and Metal sonic but also surf bird, dr. what's his canon and two jobbers from lost world. |

Nothing in these games beyond HUD images has been a sprite since Paper Mario 64. Everything in this game should technically be on the textures resource. The way the characters are made is a bunch of flat planes clumped together with 2D images textured onto them. Models from these games can be ripped (I've seen people rip Dimentio with his full rig and animations and replace an NPC from TTYD with him) but they are such a strange type of model that it's almost better just to rip them as sprites. |

@SpritZ A political/human rights issue was brought up on a sprite website, and some people felt like this shouldn't be discussed on a sprite website. Nobody could have a civil disagreement for whatever reason. |

Contrary to popular belief, Ossan is not actually a different character from Mario. “Ossan” was yet another alternative name used internally for Mario (along with “Jumpman” and “Mr. Video”) before they gave him his *official* name. And I know someone’s gonna bring up Captain Rainbow, so I’ll just say his appearance is mario in an alternate, more out-of-shape form and leave it at that. |

It has effectively become a twitter thread, complete loss of control full of angry users, divided. That is NOT what a community is about! Do you people know how bloated the police spending is? An insane amount of money, which would've ended hunger twice over! The reason because crime is high is due to inaction from our government, choosing to arm our police force to the teeth, than attempt to deescalate the situation with the whole bullshit "predator and prey" teachings at the police academy! |

I'm appreciative of the fact this post contains more than a caret. I feel rather neutral on the choice to not share the new sheets here - it seems noble enough but I don't think it actually achieves anything either, and is probably disappointing for those who want to see their recent submissions showcased. But this comments section is a train wreck. Telling your users to get fucked, editing their comments and posting sarcastic GIFs only adds fuel to the fire. There are much smoother ways of replying to people, if there's any need to reply at all. |

Because Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo is a puzzle game by Capcom featuring it's fighting game characters, it's Super-deformed art style is one of my favorite game art styles. I had to have him at the same size as all of the other characters in Puzzle Fighter (Ryu, Chun-Li, Morrigan, etc.). A Skill Star is his special character win icon for the Playstation and Saturn versions of the game, and he has his own portraits, character tile, stage and Counter Gem drop pattern. |

Alright, I've seen enough. Pulling out the big guns. People, stop talking if you have nothing worthwhile to say. And no, debating whether this "belongs on a sprite website" or not is not worthwhile. We've established this 500,000 times by now and we're frankly getting sick of having to spell that out for you. We are going to stand for what's right and if you don't like it that's too damn bad. Get over it already. Stop looking at the comments and the front page if you don't like it and by all means, don't get involved if you have nothing good to say (hint, much of the stuff said here is not good). None of us at the staff care whether you get buttmad over lack of sprites or leave because of that. There are people that have some common sense that look up to us and are happy with what we are doing. So y'all can shit your diapers all you want, we're never going to stop doing what's right. Forget the stupid sprites for a minute, you can always come back next week to see them but this is Kind Of Actually Important. |
