He wasn't mad. He was saying it has no reason to change it. He ripped it, so he changed it to the one he likes more. Maybe rip it yourself if you want to have a choice on the icon.

General Sprites		 Minor gripe with Pac-Man's movement sprites- his up/down sprites have an extra yellow pixel at the back of the mouth. Just a heads up. This is supposed to be a sprite rip after all
