One star per world. -The white effects around Yoshi is used after clearing World 5, when Yoshi is teleported to the World 6 overworld. (I can't confirm if the frame order is accurate, though.) |

For example, Ralsei's waving animation seems to have a filled gap between his left horn and arm. I'm not sure how much this applies to other characters. I will say that this is a mistake on Toby's part, not the rippers'. |
