I spoke with Petie about it and apparently you need to have the original submitter on it, a thing that I will do from now on. Me and parts of the staff didn't know that (this is why it was never a problem before) and the rule was never written out on the site or the wiki. There is actually one exception, which is all about the so-called junk or trash sheets with lots of garbage sprites on them. When these get re-rips and are submitted on multiple new sheets, the original submitter name can be erased. The same goes for deleting sprites from these garbage sheets while submitting new sheets with the re-ripped content. |
