Title Screen		 I'm a bit bummed I couldn't find the sun or the stars anywhere, my best guess is that they add those in programmatically thus no graphic files to be found for those. Also I have no Idea where that blurred version of the title is used, but it exists and is named such that it should belong here.

Mega Man (Pixel Art)		 While this is pretty cool, a few things I would suggest is adding more to the shoulder as it doesn't look like he has much muscle. (He wouldn't need a lot, but I would personally add a bit of a bump there!)

Adding more detail to the reflection shine on his helmet would also be a nice touch-up, similar to Sonic's title screen sprite in Sonic Mania.

Other than that, good job! I really like this sprite sheet. (*^▽^*)

The 3DS does not have email, but it does have something similar called Swapdoodle. Using Swapdoodle you can send notes back and forth between friends, and you had the option to import these badges as a sticker.

Which game's badges in particular are you referring to? It could be a feature of the game as well, such as with Triforce Heroes.

Surprised that it was Dazz who ripped the Disgaea sprites rather than RTB but then again RTB deserves that well needed rest.
