@shadowman44: I'm currently working on hacking the original bootleg with these sprites. While I'm working on it, I saw that the sprite set for Sonic in the original bootleg was duplicated a few times, so I will have to duplicate my tiles by overwriting the existing ones. I'm also working on changing the palettes to match this sprite. |

When loading any of these sprites into any program, it loses its transparency, even though it appears transparent when I view the image in Photos. I assume it's because of it being "indexed" sprites? I don't quite understand what that means, and the benefits it brings for you to go out of your way to index them yourself. But I've looked quite a bit online, and I still can't figure out how to get back their transparency in Photoshop. I'd very much at least like to know that. |
