This looks alright, but the color palette feels too saturated to me. I think the majority of sprites in Sonic 1 used softer colors, so I was confused when I first saw this. Is the color palette custom? |

this is from the 2008 Bloom & Doom beta, using the old artstyle. By using some integrated cheat codes, you can hack to level 6-1 of adventure mode, and it will have this background. |

I'm glad Stay Retro did my AVGN commission and provided sprites from Angry Video Game Nerd Adventures II: ASSimilation. ^_^ Now all we have to do is wait for him to do the rest of my commission: sprites from the first AVGN game, and the inclusion of sprites he forgot. |

WOAH THAT A SHINY BOI. Really good job on these, but I think the mania style animations on a Sonic 1-Like sheet don't fit as well. Still, a very nice option to have, and the sheet looks really great! |

These look pretty good! Although I wished you used Sonic 3's versions of his climbing animation goalpost and life icon to be a bit more stylistically accurate, the Mania ones don't really fit in with the rest of them (and in my opinion all the Mania sprites should NEVER be paired with the Genesis era sprites as they don't mesh well altogether). |

God, you can tell they really rushed these mazes or didn't try at all, because they didn't even make the first maze completely symmetrical - in the bottom right area, there's an area with no walls that you can move around freely in instead of being restricted by one-tile pathways, while on the left, it's a standard hallway |
