@Tedyman It is Japanese for extra/bonus/freebie (おまけ), just written in romaji.

You tend to see them when looking at Saturn discs where there an OMAKE folder within the files (usually having desktop wallpapers or bonus pictures) or on the sound test for Thunder Force IV for the extra songs.
