Not all member states in Europe are part of the EU and some are only part of the EEC like Switzerland. It's not like the USA and I think use tends to be more political rather than location. e.g. like a construction project and it says Funded Provided by the EU. The EU flag is not in the Mario & Sonic games, Mario Kart, various soccer games either but I'm sure that there's a game somewhere that uses it. |

I don't know WHY it would do that, nor why if it did it would not also affect the trapdoor ninja. |

It can be obtained by getting the subscription or doing well enough that they give you a three-day free trial. There might be one for Duolingo Max and an icon with Duo blowing a party noise maker, but you might not get them for free (and the last one can't be obtained). |
