i have the solution, use JPEXS to extract Henry.swf, HenryFtC.swf henryCtM.swf and henryCtM2.swf from the files of the game. Some may not work but some will. :)
Extra info: the text documents in the files named "?t?_english" are the subtitle files which can actually be changed!

I've always been curious about this town's name. It's the only one not referred to in-game by the NPCs. The name comes from the US manual. I've tried finding a scan of the Japanese manual but to no avail. I've found blogs and forums that have done re-translations of this game so it seems "Victim" is legit.
