@Gusvenga: It's not really that big of a deal considering it's just letterboxed in the first place, but if you want to make it match the proper PAL resolution of 384x280 then you need to align it so that there's 20 lines of black on both edges by adding 1 line on top and 5 on the bottom.
(EDIT: Or 2 on top and 4 on the bottom if you want to consider the weird off-by-one offset the game has where there's normally a black line at the top at all times, to make it 21 on top and 19 on the bottom respectively.)

Some of the pixels on the bottom are probably cut off on the cutscenes, 384 x 274 is an odd resolution.

@Ya Block its not as easy as it sounds, because some 3D consoles can have some things that look 2D, but its actually textures
