No such frame exists and I'll probably be putting all the text and game dialogue up as a separate sheet
I think this is missing some post-fight frames. (after Maggie puts a pacifier in his mouth) and his speech bubble ("Welcome to your grave, suckers!").

@Ton I guess they didn't get the episode in Japan yet at the time and didn't know the twist.
The best thing is that Sideshow Bob shows up to help you in one stage.
With the lack of established badguys in the show at the time, Mr. Burns was the go-to "villain" for most of the early games, including this one. Imagine if they made a sequel, and they had the likes of Fat Tony, Sideshow Bob, and Kang & Kodos as bosses.
