Although he is considered a male character, it is undeniable that he has some feminine characteristics, such as in one of Reiko's animations where he fights in a women's swimwear.
The blue/white face when they take of their mask, it's revealed to be a misgendered male character within female eyelashes, The yellow mask had 3 white circle spots with red ring in it, it has 2 tone face skin, the blue one is a blue female head to be claimed he is a misgendered character, not mean please, i'll explain about this spritesheet of Otoko-Man
