@Snessy the duck I heard that, but I have three problems (1) if it did it was very limited (so it still would have been almost exclusively released in Japan) (2) I think I heard that there is no ROM dump of the official US version for MAME and (3) from what I remember of what I heard the pictures of the US board online are actually of the Japanese version. Again, I might be wrong (or things might have changed since I heard this).

Note: I'm not including any re-releases when I'm talking about this because I was strictly talking about the arcade machine.

Wow this game! It is a Japanese arcade game about a real Japanese politician who was liked well enough, until it was discovered that he took bribes. Sega basically put him in a game where the goal is to collect tons money and avoid parodies of celebrities and government officials. However, Sega put a lot of humor into the parodies. As can be expected, the game was released exclusively (or almost exclusively) in Japan. This is also one of Sega's early arcade games.
