Yeah, same graphics as the original Pac-Man but with different palette data, and running on Galaxian's hardware.

For some reason in the second cutscene, after Casper gets ripped by a nail, he turns into Festus for some strange reason.
Casper looks like the avatar of Mixlas, the developer who made Baby's Nightmare Circus and Tyke & Sons Lumber Co.

Yeah and they have different names too.
Blinky -> Casper (yellow)
Pinky -> Igor (red)
Inky -> Festus (green)
Clyde -> Jasper (blue)
Blinky -> Casper (yellow)
Pinky -> Igor (red)
Inky -> Festus (green)
Clyde -> Jasper (blue)
So instead of Pinky and Clyde in this version we got Funky and a creepy looking yellow ghost (possibly Kinky) and instead of blue ghosts they turn into magenta color ghosts, how did they screw up with the coloring this bad
