Fixed this issue.
Transparent background is bad. Sprites these simple are most likely to be worked on with MS Paint, as using literally any program with layers is already creating far too many unnecessary steps for these types of sprites.
The one on the Namco Museum DS section? Yeah, we probably should. There wasn't any point of having that sheet in the first place anyway.
Since we have this, should we delete the other one?
