Well I think I found a program on that page that'll help me (Called Interleaver), however everytime I try to open it I keep getting this error message that reads, "The program can't start because MSVBVM50.DLL is missing from your computer.". Now what?

I'd love to rip sprites from this game, however I can't seem to make the character graphics to show up in MAME's tile viewer. Anyone know how to fix this?
