Ah yes, Sonic's first console appearance. Sadly it's obviously unofficial, but still.

And the second one appears to be Julius / Pogo, from Castelian, the walker mech seems to be the one from Gradius and the ship at the bottom looks like the R-9 from R-Type. Yep, they're not even subtle.
Hmm... Let's see here. Bubblun/Bub from Bubble Bobble, Sonic the Hedgehog, normal unmutated turtles with Raphael's mask, and a spring with Mario's mustache, eyes and hat. Wowzers.
