	This one had two reasons why it was unreleased in Europe. The first one was that the GBA was dying much quicker than the US, from memory a lot of people moved onto the DS so sales wouldn't have been great. The second and the more important one, apparently the cartridge that Drill Dozer used was rejected. WarioWare: Twisted was the same. Before anything gets released electrical/toy wise, it would have to get tested hence the CE that appears on packaging. Nintendo of Europe tried waiting until the end of 2006 but by that point, it was clear that it wasn't going to get approval and cancelled it as it goes back to the first point.
