@Doc: Added Ludwig's sprite for battle start.
@Tux: A lot of frames from the tileset are unused, "Misc." just refers to tiles which can't be classified.

The Ludwig with foot up (intended for walking) actually is used when first entering the room, as shown here.

It doesn't really matter, but the Iggy/Larry-sized shells should probably go in Misc. because they are unused.
