She's like a character that was in Fatal Fury or street fighter 2 tryouts but she ended up losing and her representative said: All the other fighting game slots are taken, you either 1. appear on an RPG game as an NPC, 2. A mascot action game that's gonna be forgotten by kids of all ages, or 3. Shaq fu. It's your call"

Then she ended up chosing Shaq expecting that his name would sell copies by itself. And that was the decision that destroyed her career

@Satoh You know what's funny? She's the only character to return in the sequel.

I feel like the fluidity of animation and general theme of this character means she was perhaps intended for a different game originally.
