	So the character sprite is stored in the BS-X bios, but the backgrounds had to be recreated from VHS recordings?

	@Lumpy Spirit Actually no, this is from the fan translation of the game, as those shots of the Mascots going into the portal is actually part of the BS-X BIOS. What's more is that the artwork is also from the lower quality VHS recordings of the game in action in an attempt to add cohesion for the game. The fact of the matter is that St.Giga's servers went down roughly 20 years ago, so we have no idea how they were animated and what the screens actually said.
