well one of the ways to make fonts for the nds is to put a pre-existing ttf font through a proprietary converter. they may have simply converted a pre-existing font into an nds one and left the extra characters they didnt use in

@KostyaGame the bruh maybe it`s because of symbols of it was already in Dev SDK?
But, to be honest, I kinda doesn`t surprised to see such an ordinary things.
