@Chipper_52 I used a modified version of the Gens emulator called "KMod" to get the raw background without any color palettes added (It's a ring of differently colored stripes) and made very liberal use of Aseprite's palette remapping feature to apply in the ingame colors. There's unfortunately way too many to have in 1 sheet, so I've put them in a ZIP file. Sorry about that :P

@Ton I'm not sure. Taking a look at that game, it seems to be a lot of scaling stuff going on, probably with Mode 7. Here, it's just very heavy palette swapping, like the animated tiles from Mega Man 2 but with 16 colors instead of 4.

Could the method you used to rip this also work for the Super Star Wars games? The Death Star escape in Jedi comes to mind.
