i realised that his glasses become more darker when he looks at the screen instead of staying grey
i never knew the submarine had a bottom! it's always covered by the oil in game
for me eggman's almost looks at the screen sprite it looks like... that he is smiling

@Murphmario Well the first three acts of Marina Madness have boats while Act 4 and 5 have submarines.
Funny how the last few sheets were all submarines.
