@XBuster I don't know the policy too well but if it was JPN only on its original console, then it stays. Yeah, Monster World 4 has been in English officially for nearly a decade (Wii, PS3, 360, the bundle with Asha in Monster World and a few others) but has never been officially made in English on the Mega Drive/Genesis. You can get cartridges but they are all repros of this or the earlier fan translation.

I know Trails of Mana still says JPN despite having an official English translation on the Switch and Star Fox 2 is still a prototype even though that also has "final build" on SNES Mini and NSO I think...

@XBuster: Not exactly. While it did get an official translation, as it was never released on its original console outside of Japan it'll still retain its "(JPN)" tag. Other games like Trials of Mana and River City Girls Zero (for example, there's many more) are the same way.
