Um... You forgot the rest of the original Chinese title, as it's Barver Battle Saga: Tai Kong Zhan Shi Mofa Zhan Shi (Which means Space Warrior Magic Warrior)?
this game is apparently available legitimately on Steam in English now, despite seeming to have stolen some graphics from other games and unquestionably used more as bases. Without looking very long I definitely recognize ice, stone and explosion effects from seiken densetsu 3/trials of mana/ whatever else it is called now
