Backgrounds section should be moved above to Miscellaneous category.

As this game only has 10 levels, I can tell TecToy put some effort on their codebase instead of clogging up VRAM. This is some kind of effort in the menu buttons, doesn't even feel like a Sega Genesis game. Reminds me of how Flash games were designed but in Macromedia Flash 8.
