@Vehek, I assume you're correct, I read it too fast apparently. That would be something that would be nice to have!
@MorosePeregrine
The assumption was presumably that objects were pre-rendered, not handdrawn. So the wish would be to see the original assets that were used to render the sprites.

@shadowman44, there were no 3D models for the items in this game, everything was a flat sprite. The only 3D models were the Sims and pets!
God it would be amazing if the original 3D models for the furniture sprites got found one day.
@Morose I believe some of your submissions didn't make it? I see the pending disappeared but Im not sure if your uploaded were already approved or not?
@sutinoer hey there Su! nice to hear from you! I messaged you before but I guess you didn't get my message months ago? Anyway in the meantime I'll just screenshot from homecrafter as this tool lets you see floors and walls up close and not isometric! This works with Sim Explorer too but Sim Explorer is useless to me as Im unable to fetch sprites from the thought bubbles and those blinking mood icons! I wonder how Cutting Room Floor does it? tcrf and I are never in good terms so Im unable to speak to them about it.
I have a feeling someone could make a new tool for extracting textures from walls and floors in the near future but as for the thought bubble icons and blinking mood icons is a different story.
They are located in the sprites.iff but Sim Explorer won't open and only crashes instead for me! :(

I knew the floors use simple textures. And the game turned it to the right place. It is not original in octographic fiew.
We really need a prototype of this game big time! I don't care how many are going to say we are not entitled to have a prototype just because they think the Sims community and preservation groups don't deserve one yet! Screw filthy hoarders and greedy EA employees who think they only deserve Steering Committee!
@Morose I appreciate your work so far trying your best to help but I already dump all the object sprites out by myself and I only need to put them together. However I don't need every angle as I only need the front and back sides of the objects which should be easy for me to do! Im doing this myself so you don't have to go through the work yourself and nobody else should have.
Im currently stuck right now with the walls and floors! Is there anything you might know about flr and wll files?
The only way to look at these is Home Crafter and SimExplorer both tools won't extract png or bmp from flr or wll files!
Im currently looking for a way to extract the floors and walls right now instead of wasting time with screenshots. Thankfully the roofs are easier to get just by simply pulling them out of the roof folder from the game so the roofs was easy as pie to get!
I forgot to mention Im using ms paint and graphics gale to put sprites together because they are free. I cannot afford photoshop and Gimp is very complicated to use.

@JamieRose, It's a lot of work, but I'm working through them!
@k98secretpreservationist, I'm currently working through all the sprites, but it is a lot of work. @sutinoer also said that it's a lot of work. Unfortunately I don't know an easier way to combine the sprites than by doing them individually. And for the icons, I use photoshop and put the sprites together individually. It's going to be slow, as I work full time and am a full time student, but I am actually working on them!
THANK YOU for all these updates, I've been wanting to use some of these references to make mods for The Sims 4!
@Morose Hello? why you haven't replied to my PM yet? I need to hear your answer as I need help with exporting the sprites with all tiles intact! Tmog is not the best solution for me Im afraid. I would like to know the secret how did you put the tiles of the cars together properly? the blimp and bus are too much for me to put tiles together. Hopefully you'll find a way to get around to it soon!
@Alefy San, I truly think it did. This isn't even close to everything yet, either!
Is it just me, or does the Sims 1 have more content than base game The Sims 4?
Thanks, @sutinoer!
Nice to see more Sims objects. Good job.
@Ralidon Transmogrifier 2. 1.2 it's very easy to use i hope see more sprites from this game.

I can't contribute anything here but if the site staff allow me I can post a link to my upload on my own page with the prototype objects!
