Oh I never seen this one
Mond Mond Ja Ja... Wait, wrong game
Turns out there's an unofficial SDL port that works fine with ChaosEdit. Why the original DOS version is like that still confuses me, though it might be due to the in-game stretching on some of the transparent textures.
Well, i used Chao Edit v1.27, I downloaded it from ModDB
Huh, I was using ChaosEdit. Maybe it's an outdated version?
Use ChaosEdit
Some mods with customizable color palettes may be displayed with the wrong colors, but I can view the sprites of the mods I have on my PC without any problems.

@lautaro Maybe Spear Resurrection was removed for some weird reason?
what happened to spear resurection
How did you rip these? Many of the graphics don't seem to work with conventional editors, as I constantly get "Subscript out of range" or "Overflow" errors.
Weirdly enough, it's only this game that's like this. Things like Heimzahlung and Eisenfaust Origins work fine.

Both this and Spear Resurrection belong in the MS-DOS category.
