Oh, and I just noticed: Amy's fingertips seem to be exposed! I thought that was against SEGA's current mandate banning "ungloved, unshoed" anthropomorphic animal characters.

You may have noticed that the first reward in this event is the Cosmic Starshot Hoverboard, but that isn't included here. Funny story about that...
I searched and searched my texture* dumps, redumping a couple times, to find the sprite for this, but to no avail. Finally, I looked at the official render of the Cosmic Starshot Hoverboard and compared it to the quest screen, and noticed subtle, yet tell-tale differences in shading and detail, and it finally hit me: for whatever reason, they didn't use the pre-rendered icon for the quest screen, instead opting to use the actual 3D model, but unanimated and from a fixed camera position to give the illusion of a sprite.
*What we would call "sprites," the dumping software I use calls "Textures," and what we would simply call "textures," it specifically calls "KTX Textures."

1. theres no mandate against sandals or fingerless gloves, characters already exist with those (Tangle, Tikal). I'm pretty sure there isn't even a hard rule against no gloves, its just the actual rule is vague and they added gloves to characters like Sally as an overcorrection.
2. Sega can't very well deny these designs since they're from rider's concept art (even carrying over Amy's coloring error from)
