Yeah, I use Game Maker Studio 2, I can confirm that by default, Game Maker Studio 2 games ship with the default Icon in it's files.

Well folks, I looked deeper into this, and I just found out that a bigger Peppino face exists in the program file. As well as that, there are also some black squares with a logo on them. I'll send an update in just a second...
