Download the latest version of Asset Studio. That's how I rip the sprites. Then make sure you have Final Fantasy V Pixel Remaster on Steam, navigate to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY V PR\FINAL FANTASY V_Data\StreamingAssets\aa\StandaloneWindows64" using Asset Studio, then hop to it and extract the files yourself if you're that concerned.
