I've been using Spriter's Resource for a while and I am CONSTANTLY surprised by how many sprites I can find. I hopelessly looked up Deltarune battle hud sprites in my browser expecting absolutely NOTHING and I was so pumped when I saw this. You're an angel among humans, thank you bro.
fun fact: when a party member gets hit (but doesnt get downed) their icon in the menu reacts to that damage (of course, kris is the exception)

The heart icon is used when you use an item on someone in the overworld and the sleeping icon is used when you use the Ponman act where Ralsei sings and Susie falls asleep.
When are the heart and sleeping icon used? Like, the battle icons among the fight, spare, defend, etc, icons?
Oh never mind actually, apparently some bosses give the icons different alignments for some reason. I was using footage of the Knight as reference but for regular battles its correct.
Ralsei's Mock up has his face icon misaligned. Nothing to major but thought I'd point it out since i don't think anyone else noticed.
