I like how ominous the "HOW OLD ARE YOU?" screen is.

Thomas on the title screen looks rather similar to this:

For those who are unaware, this is the original Thomas the Tank Engine, made by the Rev W. Awdry for his son on Christmas. He had already written a book about Edward, Gordon, and Henry (The Three Railway Engines), and felt the need to write stories about Thomas as well. His wife encouraged him to publish the stories. When the time came to hire an illustrator, Awdry had selected an E2 Class 0-6-0T locomotive to use as a basis for Thomas' appearance for the book, leading to the Thomas the Tank Engine we know today.
