Yes. These are the scaled down sprites from the game, where the entire maze is made to fit on screen. The full size sprites I didn't rip because they are identical to the arcade version.
I think these may be the "low-res" sprites, ala what's on the Game Boy and GBC versions of Pac-Man.
From what I can tell the screenshot is correct, I have Pac-Man on my Neo Geo Pocket Color and it looks nothing like the sprite sheet that was ripped.
I believe the screenshot is incorrect.
