I noticed that as well - not sure why, this is the only one that's like that. They came that way straight from the game data, so I can only guess they must have been put into the game incorrectly. It's really unfortunate.

From each uploaded sprites I have noticed one by one, only these sprites seem a little blurry. I do not know if this is possible from the default game.
