A year late reply, but you are in luck! The cutscenes are made with a program called "Spine" by Esoteric Software, and they are stored in these skeleton files, either in .json or a binary format ("skel" is commonly used.).
I can't share any screenshots, though, as Rovio will most likely stop me from datamining the game.

@MarshadowSlime technically chef pig already has sprites in Bad Piggies
@MilesPrower88 yes it is, it's a reboot of the original game that's movie based, and it's exclusive to Apple Arcade. (no android)

I'm gonna hope the cutscenes have sprites so I can turn my wish of a chef pig sprite into reality.
How to get the sprites? It's an apple game, so it should be hiding the sprites...
