@dafourfan Heh, I knew these two communities would collide at some point.

You might know your nostalgic hedgehog, but i also know your nostalgic hedgehog when i was younger, STRANGE ISN'T IT?! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR...
Jan 29, 2018, 3:46 AM
Huh. Guess it can go either way, as it's been officially stated either way now. No reason for it to be smooshed in the first place if it were initially intended to be two words....
Jan 29, 2018, 3:36 AM
@Doc von Schmeltwick: According to the Sonic Mania official soundtrack, it is.
Jan 29, 2018, 3:28 AM
Citation or it didn't happen.

Oh, so it's officially "Hydro City". The words "Hydro" and "City" are just smushed together on the title cards for some reason. Like, "HydroCity".
Jan 20, 2018, 3:42 AM
Only place I ever heard anyone pronounce it as "Hydro City" was when they parsed it wrong in the comics. It's spelled "Hydrocity," so it should probably be pronounced as such.
Jan 20, 2018, 2:39 AM
It's officially pronounced "Hydro City" as in an underground city with water.
Pretty sure Tee Lopes confirmed that's how it's pronounced by Sega.
Jan 20, 2018, 1:14 AM
I like to think Hydrocity is a mashup of the word "Hydrogen" and "Velocity".
Jul 14, 2017, 12:45 AM
@LooneyTunerIan Hydrocity, which to this day I insist is pronounced "High-DRAW-city" and not "Hydro City."

The only Backgrounds we're missing are the ones from that Underwater Level. Was it the Underwater Palace or what was it called?
Jul 2, 2017, 9:36 PM
It's in Miscellaneous.

Where can I find the sprites for the flames when Angel Island Act 1 gets torched? You know, these: I looked in the sprite sheets for Act 1 and 2 and couldn't find them

@RTB Oh. Well... *walks away casually*
Dec 7, 2016, 10:31 AM
@Ton: Already did so earlier (the old Explosions and Master Emerald sheets).

Now that Dolphman has updated two of the big miscellaneous sheets, is there anything superfluous we can delete now?
Jun 24, 2016, 8:19 PM
@SonicHex I got it, gonna get straight to ripping them. ALL OF THEM. I would like to help clean up these games a little bit, as well, since I've done nothing except be dead for 2-3 years, finally being able to come back, then die again. =P
Jun 13, 2016, 12:53 PM
Agreed. The "Miscellaneous" sections for all the Sonic games are kind of a mess.
Oct 26, 2015, 8:51 PM
Actually, it is full. All of it was ripped through Gens' VDP viewer, and that's pretty much everything inside the data. Same with the STH2 and S&K Eggman/Robotnik sheets I did.
And yes, they are intended to replace the old sheets.
Oct 19, 2015, 8:25 AM
I think, no. Because this Eggman sheet isn't full.
Oct 19, 2015, 12:09 AM
Should we delete all the Eggman sheets since we have a master sheet now?

@Foxsega you can find it in the Labyrith Zone sheet in the Sonic the Hedgehog game.

Also, I also agree that this should be combined with Sonic and Knuckles.
