I tried to open this in VSNES to do some ripping and it's almost completely broken. (at least in the scene view)
I could try some screenshot based ripping, though...
02/12/2022 Update: Now that I'm using BSnes+ which works with this game I can probably rip some stages.

Yep. Looks pretty good, aside from Sonic being gray.

Still awesome how somebody is making a Sonic Heroes version of this, even if it's a real hack or not.
