By default, all traffic will be challenged but logged in users will bypass those challenges completely. Considering that the game seems to run on Evolution 2's engine, it's not too surprising that its title screen is still in the data.
And putting all three together highlights how plain the english title screen is (though the wireframe version of the logo is neat).
