That is the weirdest looking kid
The funny thing is that Puzlow Kids is a scrapped localization name for Puyo Puyo after Sega of America determined that the series wouldn't sell, this is why we got Mean Bean Machine instead. Nintendo thought the same with both Kirby's Avalanche and Tetris Attack (Panel de Pon in this case). Compile decided to leave it in anyway rather than removing it yet it literally took years before Puyo Puyo was eventually used worldwide (the arcade version was a limited release). Even then Sega called the series PuyoPop outside of Japan until the mid 2000s.
Besides the actual Japanese title screen isn't ripped, this is just the Export/Overseas setting.

Well, change the name to get more sales and this is what can happen. Sad.
It's used to be called *PUZLOWKIDS*, It's now *Puyo Puyo* this year ( 199? - present )
