Having seen the movie as a kid, I guarantee you that these enemies aren't from the movie. They're most likely parodying Mario characters, which I felt was a dead giveaway with the turtle boss having spikes on it's shell and the mushroom have the same clothing as a Toad.
Is This The Game Where You Lose?
Out of the sprites that have been ripped so far, the only one that's accurate and is from the movie is Juni. I don't remember seeing a Mushroom, Spitting Plant, or even that Russian Bootleg Bowser thing... (I'm also assuming those enemies are from the same area/world of the game. I've never played it, so...)
