I tried looking on the Wayback Machine, but there wasn't an archive of that. Based on the first comment, it was probably some silly Tails face from the linked video, or maybe the Tails/Knuckles combination that also appears in that video.
That was so long ago I don't even recall what it was, not like it was important to remember anyway.

Re-ripped. Since the "True Ending" submission that used to be here was apparently blurry and unusable, I felt that if it was going to be re-ripped it would make more sense to group it with the other cutscene elements (dialogue boxes and standard ending images). Also threw in the character unlock and Special Stage Mode screens just because they're close enough.
(EDIT: On second thought, considering I forgot to also include the sound test / boss time attack unlock text, I think I'll just give those their own submission instead.)

What about the big sprite of Super Sonic it shows when Sonic turns super before the secret boss?
