These gongs were stored right beside the Plant NPC when I extracted the sprites, and those sprites were right beside the sprites for the rope that Broque monsieur asks Bowser to pull. I think these gongs may have originally been for Bowsers arm muscle minigame. I can't see how the plant NPC has anything to do with this but it is interesting.
